Libec recently released the JB40, a compact jib that can be mounted to a 75/100mm bowl tripod very quickly and that can take payloads up to 20Kg/44lbs. Let’s take a closer look at it! This new model features the same 20kg/44lbs payload capacity, and it weighs the same at 10kg/22lbs for the arm only. Image credit: Libec The concept of the JB lineup of jibs is that you can mount them on your regular set of 100mm bowl sticks. However, you better have a beefy set of legs that can handle the total amount of weight that can quickly tick the scale at 40/50Kg if you have a heavy camera package that requires many counterweights to be balanced.
