Accessories manufacturer Kondor Blue just released its Sony a7S III cage that features a ton of 1/4″-20 & 3/8″-16 mounting points, built-in NATO rails on top and left sides of the cage, an HDMI cable protector, and so on. Let’s check it out. After Tilta, SHAPE, SmallRig, and CAME-TV, Kondor Blue launched its cage and rigging solutions for the Sony a7S III. There are over a lot of 1/4″-20 and a couple of 3/8″-16 threaded holes all around the cage as well as some ARRI standard accessory mounting points. Also, there’s a cold shoe mount on the cage’s left side. It allows you to slide your camera into the cage and lock it in place via the lever. There’s a safety pin, so your camera can’t come out of the cage if you forgot to lock the level.
