KipperTie has announced two new PL mount adapters for Sony’s E-Mount cameras. The KipperTie Revolva E/PL mount adapter provides an integrated ND system and retails for €918. The second option is the Adapta E/PL adapter, which is identical to the first model, but comes without the ability to use filter cartridges. The Adapta E/PL retails for €572. With the Revolva E/PL and Adapta E/PL mount adapters, KipperTie is trying to target Sony FX3 and Sony FX30 users, although the adapters can virtually fit any E-mount camera. So if you own any of these systems, they can be a viable solution for mounting PL glass on your camera body.
