iFootage Komodo K5S Fluid Head Introduced – Stronger and Smoother

iFootage recently introduced the successor to their lightweight Komodo K5 fluid video head: the Komodo K5S. The Komodo K5S has a maximum payload capacity of 5kg/11lbs. Additionally, its fluid head has been updated for improved ergonomics, and its internal design has been revamped to provide a smoother experience. So let’s take a closer look at this compact fluid video head! The iFootage Komodo K5 fluid video head was launched back in 2017. This lightweight and affordable tripod head was mainly designed to be used on top of a monopod, a slider, or for your B-cam static shot. Therefore, the Komodo K5 was the ideal secondary tripod head when you wanted to travel lightweight and didn’t want to spend much money on a head that was not used daily. After the recent Cobra 3 monopod series launch, iFootage is back with an upgraded version of the Komodo K5: the Komodo K5S.
