FUJIFILM has just introduced a new compact and lightweight macro lens: the FUJINON XF30mm F/2.8 R LM WR. This lens is weather-sealed and has a minimum focusing distance of only 10cm/3.94in. It’ll be available by the end of this month for $599.95. Few options for macro enthusiasts are available if you’re shooting with a FUJIFILM X-Mount mirrorless camera. Indeed, at the moment, only the XF80mm F/2.8 R LM OIS WR Macro is available. But, of course, third-party lens manufacturers like Laowa have 65mm and 100mm T2.9 2x macro APO lenses that can get the job done but without autofocus capabilities.
