SmallHD's Cine 7 bundles cut price nearly in half. SmallHD announced that it has reopened its doors and made an impression not only by significantly reducing the cost of its Cine 7 production monitors but also including ARRI and RED camera control software for free. No Film School detailed the release of the Cine 7 models and got hands-on with them, but as a higher-end production monitor, they came with a larger price tag. With the announcement, SmallHD aims to make them more affordable. The Cine 7 monitors tout a 1080p display (1920 x 1200) with daylight viewable 1,800 nits and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The monitors have 10-bit processing (8-bit + FRC), dual 3G-SDI outputs, and an HMDI loop through. They can be powered via Gold mount, V-Mount, or Sony's NP-F batteries. Read More...
