FEELWORLD has just launched an HDMI wireless video transmission system, the W1000H. It offers a maximum operating range of 1000+ feet, has a latency of 80ms, integrates a full-duplex intercom system, and supports UVC live streaming. It retails for $470. Chinese company FEELWORLD is well-known for producing on-camera monitors that come at an affordable price, although they have started exploring other market segments, especially with their recently introduced FL video light series. The brand already offers an SDI/HDMI wireless video transmission system, the W1000S, which is sometimes labeled under FEELWORLD’s sibling brand LAIZESKE. This model is now getting an HDMI-only companion with the release of the W1000H. Let’s take a closer look! Image credit: FEELWORLD FEELWORLD W1000H: features The new FEELWORLD W1000H is an HDMI wireless video transmission system with a claimed operating range of about 400m/1312ft and a latency of 80ms. The transmitter (TX) has HDMI in/out, while the receiver (RX) offers two HDMI outputs. Both units support 1080p signals up to 60fps. Each transmitter can support up to four receivers simultaneously. Additionally, the TX can be turned into a receiving unit, thus facilitating scalability of the whole system. The FEELWORLD W1000H can automatically pick up the best available channel among a set of 13 while prioritizing either latency or image quality.
