We've spoken with writer/director Joe Badon here at NFS once before, ahead of his short, The Blood of the Dinosaurs, showing at Fantastic Fest. Even back then, it was billed as a "prologue to The Wheel of Heaven," and it set the tone for a very eccentric, surreal world hailed as "weirdly wonderful" and "chaotic yet considered."
