Canon Professional Services is Now a Paid Product Support Service

Canon Professional Services (CPS), a comprehensive support program that helps Canon customers keep their equipment on track, is now a paid product support service. There are several different annual membership types available, so let’s find out which service best fits your needs. Until now, membership for Canon’s Professional Services has been free and customers only had to register. Canon has redesigned the service and turned it into a paid model, beginning in February 2023. CPS membership will be through annual fees offering various tiers for self-employed professionals, small and medium businesses, as well as corporate packages for larger businesses. Multiple employees of the same organization can access and use the benefits and get support from Canon Professional Services at the same time.
