At IBC 2025, we had a chance to talk to Ivy Lin from CAME-TV as the company showcased its Waero Pro wireless intercom headset system, targeting production teams requiring flexible communication solutions. Let’s take a closer look. Established in 2012, CAME-TV has been known for their expertise in designing and manufacturing full-duplex wireless Intercom and Batteries. The China-based company has previously specialized in LED lighting before shifting focus to wireless communication systems. Group-Based communication system Speaking with CineD at the Amsterdam exhibition, CAME-TV’s Ivy Lin outlined the Waero Pro system’s core functionality. The setup allows one master headset to connect with up to eight remote units, with users able to divide into two separate communication groups. According to Ivy operators can switch between Group A and Group B by pressing designated buttons on their units. According to Ivy, the company has implemented AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation) technology and specialized microphone processing to maintain audio clarity in noisy environments.
