Munich-based battery manufacturer bebob is expanding the adapter portfolio for B-mount batteries with a new model for the Sony VENICE cameras, versions 1 and 2. The COCO-VENICE allows for the operation of both cameras using B-mount batteries. The adapter is now available for a retail price of $1,297. COCO-VENICE B-mount battery adapter The new COCO-VENICE battery adapter attaches directly to the AXS-R7 recorder on the back of the Sony VENICE camera 1 or 2. The camera power is supplied with 24V unreg. via the 4-pin XLR input. The adapter’s internal transformer guarantees the availability of both voltages-12V for the camera and certain accessories, as well as 24V for compatible accessories.
