ANDYCINE C5 – 5.5″ 3000 Nits On-Camera HDMI Monitor Announced

ANDYCINE C5 is a new bright 5.5″ on-camera monitor with a Full HD, 3000 nits touchscreen display. It only offers HDMI input and output, 8V DC power output, NP-F battery plates, SD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, and more. It’s now available for pre-order for $260. When it comes to on-camera monitors, it seems that the market has been pretty saturated with a wide variety of models in all different price segments lately. The Chinese camera accessories manufacturer ANDYCINE already has quite a few models in its portfolio. The new ANDYCINE C5 on-camera monitor should succeed by offering a very bright 5″ touchscreen display with an affordable price tag. Let’s take a look at the details. On this monitor, ANDYCINE used a 5.5″ 1920 x 1080 touchscreen display with a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits (cd/m²), a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 160° viewing angle. ANDYCINE C5 also features a built-in light sensor that can adjust the brightness of the monitor automatically depending on how bright the environment is.
