Alteon.io Brings Proxy Sync to iPad App for Final Cut Pro

Alteon.io announces its iPad app now supports offline/online editing workflows for Final Cut Pro. Alteon automatically generates proxies that sync with raw footage in the cloud, bridging the gap between the iPad and macOS versions of Final Cut Pro. After a shoot, you can upload raw footage to the cloud and Alteon will transcode the footage to H.265 MP4 proxy files. Alteon.io syncs Final Cut proxies so editors can download these proxies for use in Final Cut Pro for iPad. Review and approval comments are SMPTE time-stamped, which helps to simplify conversations between team members.  Alteon.io syncs Final Cut proxies Alteon is also a member of the Final Cut Pro Ecosystem, offering a workflow extension for the macOS version of Final Cut Pro that integrates cloud assets directly into the NLE.
