We visited the Accsoon booth at NAB and talked to Nissy, who explained the features of the new CineView 2 SDI and the improvements over the previous models. One week ago, Accsoon announced their new CineView 2 SDI wireless video transmitter, the latest of the CineView series. Among its main features, the new model covers a range of 1500ft/450m (line-of-sight) and offers improved stability and a latency of around 50ms. Increased range and less latency The CineView 2 SDI is the latest addition to the CineView family. With its small and compact size, the new model features a new quad antenna design for better performance (up to 1500ft). The antennas transmit two streams simultaneously that combine in the receiver for a complete image. Accsoon has designed this model for a reliable and stable experience in most environments. The transmitter can send video to up to four different devices, be it dedicated receivers, iPhones, iPads, or Android devices (the CineView 2 SDI has an app for both iOS and Android). The latency is around 50 milliseconds.
