    It seems the operator needs some kind of stablization as well, brain-wise.

    The simple way is to put gopro on the birds head.

    Lol thats a great idea. Awesome flight video but an issue in low light.

    Attaching a camera to you own head is not a bad way of getting stabilized footage. As long as you walk carefully (you have to anyway with a stabilizer) amd don't mind looking a bit silly!

    Also, under some situations I have found that a chest mount is even more stable than a head/helmet mount - on people at least.
