    Then what? How do you clean up the footage from the horizontal banding? I need to know about any possible tools or tricks that can help. From what I've heard / read it should not be impossible to clean it up – but right now I don't seem to be getting any good google results, so - why not open up a thread about it?

    Well, that seems like an OK procedure for footage where the banding is really obvious. It seems more difficult to deal with "lighter" bands that way.. / night footage.

    I tried to push through one of the problematic shots I have with Neat Video, seemed to flatten it out quite nicely. Can get back with results after tomorrow, got a deadline coming up!
