will iMac 27" handle 4k red raw editing ?

    iMac could be: 27" iMac Retina 5K 4,0GHz Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost 4,2 GHz 8 GB 1867MHz DDR3 SDRAM + 32gb 3rd party modules 256GB flash drive AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4GB

    will this setup handle raw (red raw from scarlet-x) edit and full res playback in premiere pro cc or fcpx ? anybody using same or similiar setup ?

    That's pretty close to the iMac setup that I have (except I have more SSD and onyl 32GB total RAM instead of 40) - if you want to send me a link to a small red raw file, I'd be gload to load it in Premiere and let you know how it does.
