This topic is about separate shoulder pads, from cheap to best ones.
1. Chinese pad. Price: $89

I bought the TrusMT shoulder pad and used it to upgrade my Gini shoulder mount. The holes through the TrusMT pad are a little wider than 15mm, which allows you to easily slide it to fit your shoulder position. However, the sharp edges of the concave arc of the pad dug into my shoulders in an uncomfortable manner. I rounded them off with a coarse file and like it much better that way.

Yes, good option.
I'll also try Weifeng gunshock support soon, it looks better, but how it behaves in practice remains to be seen -
