Using Wine

    Hello,

    I'm attempting to apply the GH1 hack on my camera using a mac. I've downloaded the hack as well as wine and wine bottler. When I click on ptool3.exe, I get a message that says "You are about open a wine file, what would you like to do?" I click "Go" and nothing happens. Wine bottler is definately running because it's icon is at the top of the screen. However, PTool never runs. Ha anyone esle run ito this? Advice.

    P.S.
    I'm using a macbook with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 6 GB memory.

    Any help running Ptool on my mac would be helpful.

    I don't know if this makes any difference but Under "Run directly In" there are two choices available and I use: /users/username/Wine files. I am having no problems with "ptool" not opening.

    Mine is set up the same way. I have a brand new Macbook. Could it be that it doesn't have x11 installed? Not sure how to find out.
