Bad design: Online meetings and retrograde managers

    COVID showed that situation with management is really bad, as most of management do not understand how to use asynchronous tools.

    During remote work they constantly want to use phone, Skype or Zoom video meetings and alike. And it is horrible waste of everyone time.

    Not only this - but they also induce very bad habits into people, as they stop working without this constant kicking and pointless yelling.

    And I am not sure if this generation of managers will get how to work during new times, most probably we'll see big wipe-out in next 2-3 years.
