installing the patch on more than one sd card?

    Whats the process? I already have it on one... do I have to do the exact same thing again to put the patch on a 2nd SD card or do I just copy the patch to the 2nd card since I've already ran the firmware upgrade on the camera..

    its the same patch on both. I'm shooting tomorrow so I need to know asap.

    Read through the Basic and beginner questions topic, it's better than making a new topic.

    To answer your question, the Ptools hack does not work like the Magic Lantern. You do not need the firmware loaded on the SD card after it has been loaded to the camera.

    so in other words.. any card I use now will be recorded at the higher bit rate.
