Adobe people are becoming exaggerated?

    I use for mi work thys 3 software: Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects. Powerful tools that complement each other very well and allow wonderful things. But I am more and more 'pissed at Adobe, for the upgrade policy, for the continuos new releases without real news, for the price. In photoshop normal people use only few tools and can do the same work probably with Gimp, and the more people use Gimp and donate to him (like here) and more and better can become. I will ask to you what alternatives (better open source) could we have to Premiere and After Effects.
