GH2 Hack - File Sizes

    About to pick up the GH2 and I'm trying to figure out the best option for cards. I haven't found many posts discussing file sizes.

    I was wondering how much footage a 16GB card would hold (figured I'd be better off getting several 16GB then 32GB and keep copying the data to a laptop during a shoot).

    Been looking at the 16GB SanDisk Extreme Pro (45mbs).

    I'm guessing this also largely depends on which settings I will end up using. I'd be shooting at 1080p. Seems like 42mbit is popular but I've been seeing a lot of 176mbit popping up lately.

    Basically I want to make sure I'm not going to only get like 8mins of footage per 16GB :)

    I got a 64gb sdxc and with the aqua2 I get 1.22 hours and 2.01 hours at 720 & 1080

    I see no reason to get 16Gb cards.
    32Gb SanDisk cards are cheap.
    As I understand 45Mb/s are worst from all (look at dedicated SanDisc topic)
