SmallHD DP6 firmware 2.1 update problem

    I'm having a problem updating my SmallHD DP6. I followed their directions, using a 4GB FAT32 flashdrive with just the .bin file on it. I get error message 'binary file detect fail'. when it comes on then it just turns on normally. Anyone else have this problem?

    I think you must contact them and talk with support.

    I contacted them, but SmallHD sent out a new email to everyone this morning with a new download link.
