Hello,

A reluctant sale of my beloved Nikon 85mm f/1.4 Ai-S. It's boxed and in unbelievable condition.

The good:

• Glass is perfect, no marks, haze, fungus, and very little dust (the least I've ever seen in older AIS lenses)
• Aperture ring is very snappy, it feels like new
• Focus ring is smooth
• The body looks like it's barely been used – Comes with original hood and caps
• Comes with original box and inserts

Things to be aware of:

• Focus ring increases in resistance when you reach the near end (I hadn't really noticed it before testing just now)
• Body is near perfect but there is a small dent on the silver ring which can just be seen in one of the photos
• Box is in very good shape but it does have scuffs as pictured
• The hood does show normal signs of wear
