War: Checkmate, EU won't get any fertilizers this year
    • On Thursday, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said Russia decided to suspend fertilizer exports. This comes when global food prices are at record highs, and European fertilizer makers are struggling to produce nutrients ahead of the spring growing season, increasing global food inflation risks.

President Vladimir Putin said the fertilizer export ban was a move to ensure stable domestic food prices. This is another sign of growing protectionism worldwide as countries grapple with soaring food prices. Putin said fertilizer markets are deteriorating, making food a lot more expensive. Putin added that Russia has agreements with "friendly countries" on fertilizers.

In addition Moscow is considering retaliatory economic measures to ban exports of certain agricultural products to countries outside the Eurasian Economic Union.

Note that up to 80% of EU fertilizers industry is stopped now due to extreme gas prices.

It'll be very grim year for EU.

War: EU demands to wipe out lot of Russia media from search
    • The European Commission has sent Google a request to remove Russian state media results for searches performed in countries within the EU. As The Washington Post reports, Google has uploaded a letter from EU officials to a database of government requests. In it, the officials explain how the commission's official order to ban the broadcast of RT and Sputnik in the European Union also applies to search engines and internet companies in general.

EU bureaucrats are not destroying the foundation of their system just trying to save their asses from information they don't like.

War: Google blocked all paid apps in Play Store for Russia
    • Due to new limits of the payment systems, we will suspend the Google Play payment system for users in Russia in the coming days. This means that during the suspension period, users will not be able to purchase apps and games, pay for subscriptions, or make any in-app purchases of digital goods using Google Play in Russia. Free apps will remain available on the Play Store.

So, you still love centralized app stores and subscriptions? Really?

War: Chinese attack on Taiwan can happen any moment now
    • The Chinese army is ready to take decisive action to protect national sovereignty in connection with the aggravation of the Taiwan issue. This was reported today, March 10, by TASS with reference to Xinhua news agency.

According to the agency, such a statement was made at the parliamentary session in Beijing by a representative of the delegation of the People's Liberation Army of China (PLA) and the People's Armed Police (an analogue of the internal troops) Wu Qiang.

"The more the United States and Japan make waves on the Taiwan issue, the tougher we will take to protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity," he said. Wu Qiang emphasized that the Chinese military will never tolerate separatist actions to realize Taiwan's independence and foreign interference in China's internal affairs. He noted that the related exercises and combat training of the PLA are in no way directed against Taiwanese compatriots.

"The actions of the Taiwan Democratic Progressive Party administration and their collusion with outside forces are the main cause of the current tension and turmoil in the Taiwan Strait," Wu Qiang said. The Taiwan issue is an internal affair of China that does not tolerate external interference, the PLA spokesman concluded.

War: Amazon joins list of fascist corporations
    • We’ve suspended shipment of retail products to customers based in Russia and Belarus, and we will no longer be accepting new Russia and Belarus-based AWS customers and Amazon third-party sellers," Amazon said

OF course, Amazon also stole money of all people subscribed on Amazon Prime video, declaring that they are aggressors, hence mney can be used for better things, like buying new yacht for Bezos, of course with Ukraine flag on the side.

While Russia's ecommerce industry has seen explosive growth over recent years, it's mostly dominated by local retailers like Wildberries.ru and Ozon.ru, whereas Amazon is still struggling to compete.

War: Photo stock sites started to steal money
    • Shutterstock sent an email informing them that due to sanctions imposed on banks, they will not be withdrawing creators' money for the time being. But he does not plan to suspend cooperation with Russian authors.

To translate properly - they stole your money and will use them for speculations and may be later they will allow you to get original part. May be. bank sanctions reference is bullshit as 80% of banks are not under any sanctions. Even largest bank is still not switched off SWIFT.

Depositphotos sent a letter that it no longer works with Russia and Belarus.

Of course, they also stole some money :-)

War: Developing war in SSL certificates space
    • Users of public services are advised to install browsers that support the Russian communication security certificate, such as Yandex.Browser and Atom, for better access to the portal and other sites, the Ministry of Digital Affairs said.

"Some sites may not open now. This is due to problems in the work of certification centers that check the security and reliability of Internet resources. In order to have access to all sites and necessary online services, including public services, we recommend installing browsers that support Russian certificate," the ministry said in a message sent to users of the State Services.

It clarifies that "now such functionality is available, for example, in Yandex.Browser or Atom."

The Atom browser was developed by Mail.ru Group (now VK), it is a browser with VK Connect synchronization.

On March 4, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced that regulations would soon be adopted to regulate the work of the national certification center for the free issuance of TLS certificates to Russian legal entities, which will help users maintain secure access to sites that have had their TLS revoked. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is a cryptographic protocol for organizing secure communications on the Internet.

The department clarified that it will be possible to obtain a TLS certificate on the State Services portal in a completely remote mode. All browsers and operating systems will have to support the operation of TLS certificates on sites that receive them, and a complete list of domains for which certificates have been issued can be seen on the State Services portal.

Google and Firefox are expected to block SSL enabled access to key government and banks sites by manipulating certification centers and revoking certificates.
