==== G6 Firmware Updates ====
From time to time Panasonic will issue [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firmware|firmware]] updates for camera bodies and lenses. Firmware updates are easy to do and will typically consist of bug fixes to improve the performance of your camera or lens. Sometimes a firmware update will even include new features.:-D There have been two firmware updates issued for the G6:
  * **Firmware Version 1.1** - issued 2013-08-27. Connection problem with Apple Mac computers via Wi-Fi is fixed.
  * **Firmware Version 1.2** - issued 2014-02-04. Improved compatibility of MF operation with H-FS12032 lens. Connection problem with Apple iOS devices via Wi-Fi is fixed.
