Line 1: Line 1:
-===== Samsung NX500 Settings =====+===== Working with horizontal bar rig =====
 +
+  * Rig is not made to do adjustments during shooting, two cameras are placed high on horizontal bar and photo tripod - unstable thing
+  * If you touch it or adjust one camera - footage **on both cameras** will be usually unusable at this period
+  * If you absolutely need to change one camera framing, do it fast, preferable with one motion, hold bar or other camera head handle during this. Choose moment for this wiely, better do it during stop or pause.
+  * Set cameras lens level at the eye level of representative you are interviewing
+  * Tele camera framing, especially in 4K mode, usually includes face of representative and item he tells about
+      * If item is large monitor or software or placed low on table - framing will be different
+      * In case of software and 2 cameras on bar - tele camera is shooting computer screen
+      * In case of low or large (large monitor or such) object it is B rolll that is used to show it properly
+      * Most freqently interviewer is absent in second camera frame (except hand with microphone)
+  * Make sure to keep proper angles, remember that representative and item he talks about are main objects of attention

-  * Movie size - 3840x2160 30p, remember about crop during framing, use record
-  * Movie quality - HQ (we'll need to check it after day 1, as it is around 39Mbit)
-  * White Balance - Custom Set (using grey card)
-  * Picture wizard - Standard, all settings inside on default
-  * AF Mode - [MF], remember to switch back to [MF] after recording start using Fn button or icon.
-  * MF Assist - Enlarge 5x
-  * Focus Peaking. Level - Normal. Color - Green.
-  * Overexposure guide - On (it is flashing zebra for 100% and other stuff)
-  * Grid Line - 3x3 Grid
-  * Center Marker - Display - On, Size - large, Transparency - Off
-  * Framing mode - off (important is you want to see exposure before recording start!)
-  * Press "disp" until you will be in mode that includes histogram on screen
