This was filmed with the GoPro Hero5 Black and the Panasonic LX100. Most of it is UHD/4K @ 30 FPS or 2.7k @ 60 FPS. However, some clips were 1080p @ 120 FPS converted to UHD/4K @ 60 FPS. There is one 720p @ 240 FPS clip for the super slow motion. The compression artifacts are terrible but 240 FPS is really cool for slow motion.

If you have any questions about the GoPro 5 please let me know. I know it doesn't look that much better than the Hero4. However, it still is a fabulous camera for what it is designed to do and its price is actually quite reasonable.

There is no color grading done at all. This is footage straight out of the camera pieced together and sometimes slowed down or sped up. No other changes except for just a little general sharpening throughout the video. This is the first 4K @ 60 FPS video I have done for youtube. I don't have the ability to make HDR videos yet. However, I am really impressed with the true HDR videos youtube now has.

GH2 when properly exposed handles like a champ.

Shutter speed 40 "magic trick on cadence"

Profile: smooth -2,-2,-0,-2

The trick here is to underexpose the camera and use proper ND filters. New patches allow to handle good recovery on gamma curves. I think the cadence also improves when shutter is at 40.

Im no pro color corrector, so some shots are not well balanced.

Up for sale this VERY RARE Iscomorphot 8/1,5X - Isco-Göttingen Anamorphic lens!

The lens is quite old, regarding this, it is in very good condition. It doesn't have scratches, haze or fungus, it only has coating marks on the front and rear elements. It looks scrary on the photos, but it is only coating and not a deep scratch, sometimes this happens with coatings on 40-50 years old german lenses. I never ever noticed any quality loss.

Some Windows users had same bug showing differently, when trying to undo, LR applied a preset instead.
SAME WORKAROUND in those cases too =)

Little rant, sorry if you're dating an adobe employee :P

I've been a LR user since version 1 and I don't really know what's going on with the preset indexing or the previewing of images, but since LR 4 it's an awful mess making zero difference being the catalog big or small. That said I’m tired to be continously forced to do things out of my pace and to upgrade / update and find fixings for what seems the pandora box of bugs. For me Lightroom has become very very inefficient, as much as I like grampas, you'll raise hell on earth if you put a 95 year old pot lover directing air traffic at the control tower of a major airport. This is how I feel these days working with LR.

Mavericks doesn't help and neither disabling compressed memory (´sudo nvram boot-args=”vm_compressor=1″´) – actually worsen results – neither purging the memory (´sudo purge´) have had any palpable improvements. So as much I dislike the idea of having yet another step in the process, I started to seriously test Photo Mechanic (which is like the Millenium Falcon to public transportation) and Darktable 1.4.2 (free) as folder based raw image viewers. It has come to a point where I admit that if I hadn’t +35K photos catalogued with LR I’ll switch to other platform… there are certainly better colour engines out there, specially for µFT raws ,-)

The Epic was used for the wide and medium shots, the GH2 was used for the CU cutaways on the face and hands. I think the footage cuts very well. 'Just goes to show that you don't need to spend $100K on a camera package to get very nice results.
