Typical very unrational Japanese design.

Simple motherboard here with lot of connections. Such design is very common for Japanese cameras. Design originate from big company structure.

Unnecessary complexity behind motherboard. Many of it comes that lot of people trying to keep their job.

Motherboard itself, very cheap to make.

Other side of MB with surprise STM32 chip, usually this means that LSI design had been made in the rush and STM32 is performing some functions that they forgot to put properly in original design.

Same complexity.

IBIS adds lot of complexity here, and makes huge impact on sensor temperature, especially FF one.
