“(this) is “un crisis sin salida del capitalismo,” a crisis with no capitalist way out. The only way forward for humanity is to “begin the transition to a communist mode of production. . . . Either the peoples will destroy the imperialist power and establish their own or the end of history. It is not ‘socialism or barbarism,’ as Rosa Luxemburg said in 1918, but socialism or nothing.”
Raúl Valdés Vivó
no surprise there is trump presidenting in usa atm, we need better organized working class or at least better support for the revolutionaries in middle east
I just logically can't understand how sane man otherwise could write this.
As you actually live and work you see class struggle each day around you.
I guess I'll just have to get along without it.
BTW, insults don't work on me. Good arguments do.

"Struggle" in that usage is newspeak.
You need to have brain amputation to write this. Or may be live in locker of Trump mansion all the life.
But last variant also require you to be completely deaf.
"Struggle" in that usage is newspeak.
Idea to use "desire for status" and claim that you need "serious amount of coercion" to bash socialism is very old, nothing new. But it also speaks openly how reactionary capitalism and his ideas become.
But his failure to recognize the dynamics of human beings in groups led to a catastrophic failure.
It was not failure, but struggle. Previous "catastrophic failure" lasted from March 26 to May 30, 1871, following "catastrophic failure" lasted 74 years. Worst nightmare of capitalists is thinking about next "catastrophic failure". It is because of "catastrophic failure" they spend billions on heavy forces, it is because of it them hundreds of thousands of their servants track and follow everyone dangerous.
I already published good quote on it
To picture world history as advancing smoothly and steadily without sometimes taking gigantic strides backward is undialectical, unscientific and theoretically wrong.
V. Lenin
The problem is that socialism does not work without a serious amount of coercion. It is theoretically defective because Marx was unaware of Evolutionary Psychology, and the human desire for status. He got capitalism right, especially his insight that price is the driving force that allows it. But his failure to recognize the dynamics of human beings in groups led to a catastrophic failure. We are in the last stages of capitalism, with no roadmap for what comes next.
Ups and downs but still down-and-out... for now.

Rosa is not quite right yet, even after 100 years.
She was spot on. As it was socialism who pushed capitalism to fight and think. As it was left alone you can see his true nature that leads to degradation :-)
Rosa is not quite right yet, even after 100 years. She will be, after the next global war and 2m+ sea level rise.
