It's been that for a few weeks now. Used to say month back order, but now it says 5-7 day back order. I'm so tempted, but I just know as soon as I order, the price will go down even more.

I got my first GH2 from Panasonic Direct for $620 a year ago. Prices can still drop.

Even at $800, that's a disgustingly low price, even if you never hack it.

A friend of mine tried with a lumix lens few weeks ago. Shipito worked fine but Italy custom charged the shipping of 20% of the declared value.

No one prevented your friend to properly make customs declaration at Shipito :-)
And customs will charge you regardless of Shipito if they want to
