I just received my Rhino Slider Pro, Case, and Pulley. This is an amazing piece of equipment, and the quality of my unit is incredible. I used it very gingerly for one shoot, but I need to sell it for a good reason.

I just got into grad school for film, and now need to figure out how to afford it! Because I can rent sliders from the university, I need to sell mine.

It's an adaptall 2 lens so fits any camera you would care to think about and Tamron made an adaptor for but I'm selling it with and Olympus OM mount.

It's a brilliant ultrawide angle lens that is a solid chunk of metal. Tack sharp and difficult to get hold of these days. No hood but comes with caps all for £180.

In excellent condition with no scratches or fungus.

Importantly with for the GH2 it has quite remarkably low distortion for being 17mm so it works as a really nice 35mm lens.

Last week I put a GH2 on hold w/Samy's Camera. The price is $679.00 new body only. Yesterday, a friend sold me his brand new never used same for $550 (I tried to talk him into keeping it. He said he never used it.) Meaning, the on hold Samy's GH2, will be on hold until tomorrow, and I won't be buying it, unless I'm really crazy.

The tripod collar, 52mm rear mount, and 72mm front filter mount can all be removed, revealing the core anamorphic adapter:

In this photo you can see the only significant cosmetic flaw on this adapter - a row of circular marks made by the set screw in the OEM adapter mount. This is an inevitable result of the set screw design which allows you to freely adjust the vertical orientation of the anamorphic lens after it is mounted to your main lens or 15mm rails support. In practice, the marks are concealed within the adapter and have no effect on the function or optical clarity of the lens. Here are closeups of the visually flawless front and rear anamorphic lens elements in the adapter:

I have used this ISCO 1.5x anamorphic adapter successfully on the GH1 and GH2 with prime lenses as wide as 28mm and apertures up to f1.4 without vignetting. The edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity of this lens sets it apart from the blurry corners typical of 1.33x adapters made for SD camcorders, and its flexible mounting system makes it a rare pleasure to work with. Here is downloadable, unedited sample footage of the ISCO Widescreen 2000 adapter, taken in anamorphic MJPEG video mode on a GH1 with a Konica Hexanon 40mm f1.8 lens @ f5.6. This footage was produced in-camera without post-production stretching, displaying pixel-for-pixel what this lens can deliver.

I am planning to make a short film in the beginning of April (about 3-5 filming days). My main locations are in Guildford, Surrey, UK. Basically I am looking for Panasonic GH2 equipment, so perhaps someone local would be interested to help with that.

Most importantly I am looking for fast Voigtlander lenses (17.5mm, 25mm) and SLR Magic (12mm). I only found 25mm. If there any other rental website with a bigger choice of lenses, please let me know. Also I am looking for a small power generator for outside filming, lighting (LEDs, spotlights), slider and a strong wind shield for a microphone (record exterior dialogue on the hill). If someone has GH3, that would be quite an interesting option as well!

As I'm only getting payed 200 dollars for this project, I can only throw the two shooters 50 bucks each for the four nights of shooting. I know, it's petty cash, and I apologize that I can't afford to throw you more. As I'm unemployed right now and also doing the edits/grade/post-audio for the project, I'm throwing myself the other 100 (basically paying for my metro card for the month). However, there will also be copy/credit of the project once I'm finished with the editing/grading/post-audio and if we can't make this an amazing project once it's finished, you'll also have some worthy footage to work with in your reels.

If you have a hypercardiod mic that will work better than my NTG-3 in a non-padded Auditorium, that would be a big plus! In a perfect world, I'd like to have two mics at either end of the stage hooked up to my fostex FR-2LE and our best mic hooked up as close to the main monologue performance as we can get. I'm also open to suggestions, as I'm not an audio expert by any means, especially for live performance.

The director is currently just using the incandescent overhead lights for his performance...I don't know if we can't do better, though I'm unequipped myself with good lights. It's not mandatory for the job, but if we couldn't afford to bring them in, if you happen to have some good lights for a smaller stage, it could go a long way to the IQ of the final product.

I might as well also mention that I think Sanity 5.1 or Cake 2.3 are my first choices for hacks, as the performance is an hour and fifteen in length. If other people want to recommend a better hack for that time length, I have a 95mbps 64gb card to work with. The work flow will basically be uploading the footage to my laptop after the show is over, and we can part ways until the next night (so we don't have any missing cards or weird mishaps like that).

So ya! This project is really for folks who are interested in collaborating on a fun and experimental project, who are pro-creative and who aren't going to be putting themselves out too much with four nights (about 3 hours each night) of prep and shooting. Any and all experience levels are welcome to help!

I'm not sure if this is appropriate or going to be fruitful but I'm shooting a short film in about a month and I've just about got all the kit I need, from my own pocket or borrowing from my school (not a film school).

I am however short one monitor as I'm shooting fully manual and I'm struggling to pull focus from the on camera LCD. I'd like to invest in a £200ish monitor soon but I won't have the money in the month and the rental for a week as about the same as buying.

If anyone in the NW London area would be willing to lend me a 5" or 7" HDMI Monitor w/ battery (Focus Peaking preferable) to be used with a GH2 for the week beginning 8th April. I'd be very grateful and would be able to make a small contribution and deposit :)

I was thinking of upgrading my body with something even more extreme and light (going to spend some penny more ..). But before doing so I need to know to recover part of the cost, so I would like to know if there is any of you seriously interested in the Leica 25mm f1.4, which I have kept in excellent condition. No imperfection, objective detail, beautiful. Perhaps only the whim came over me, and started the monkey get something more expensive ...

The lens just went out of warranty, as the warranty expired in January of one year from the invoice. BUT: it is brand new, used very little because the university takes me a lot of time.

The price is 470 euro, if anything, very little negotiable, because when I went into a shop in Lecce fired me from the modest sum of 660 euro (the goal is quality boys), and mine is really like new, complete hood, box, small pouch lens envelopes. I do not know how we could make the exchange at hand, I'm in Italy, and I think I can ship to Europe (can you say me how?)
