Stuck Rig Part on Fotga DP500 2 Follow Focus

I've got a Fotga DP500 2 follow focus - it's very good - got it on PV deals here. It's on a rig with rails (Beginner Rig from deals as well). Problem is, if I want to switch lenses, I can't get the part that attaches to the rails to loosen up enough to slide the follow focus down the rail. The part that attaches to the rails seems to be locked on there. Any suggestions?

I have a Fotga DP500 with black round knobs in excellent condition, never used on shoots. Only tested it with my GH2, but decided to go with the GINI rig instead.

Selling for $70 including shipping in the US. International shipping will be calculated.

I'm willing to trade for a follow focus, a Manfrotto 682B monopod w/ legs, or maybe a lens...let me know what you have!
