    Looks very convincing, the only serious flaws I noticed were with the teeth and the inner part of the mouth that seems to not have been modeled to perfection.

    The upper surface of the lower eye-lid also looks a little unrealistic when visible.

    I wonder how many years from now we'll see a fully rendered movie that you cannot tell apart from a real-life shot...

    I think movement is key to making things look lifelike rather than absolute detail. There is still something about how the skin moves that makes it seem fake even thought the color/detail/texture looks pretty awesome.
