HDMI to HD-SDI to External Recorder???

    This is a topic I cannot find.

    Sorry if it's been mentioned. My TVLogic can string the HDMI signal out to HD-SDI, and I can actually ingest HD-SDI on my Mac tower... Has anyone tried this? I think the only reason I'd do it is for VFX work (greenscreen), problem would be that the TV-Logic spits out a 720 not a 1080.

    The BM Intensity card can ingest HDMI, and is by far your cheapest option. There are converters too.
