I've noticed some expertise in this group concerning international shipping. I am looking for the best way to ship parcel from the USA to St. Petersburg. Cost is more important than speed bu I don't want to take forever. A couple of weeks is ok. I am grateful for any advice.

USPS only. USPS Express mail if you need faster and delivery to home, or USPS Priority (with tracking) if you are ok for it to be slow.
