Capitalism: Toilet paper availability in danger, again
    • In the context of the ongoing pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19, the world again fan face interruptions in toilet paper supply. At a time when stores are once again closed in many countries around the world and consumers are increasingly at homes constantly eating and producing more shit, toilet paper manufacturers may face a shortage of raw materials.

The reason for the deficit may be an increase in demand for the carriage of goods by sea and a shortage of ships supporting them. Exporters of goods transported in containers were the first to suffer, but now the crisis threatens to spill over to goods delivered by sea in other types of packaging - bags, barrels, boxes, etc. Walter Schalka, head of the Brazilian company Suzano SA, which accounts for about a third of the world's supply of the type of wood pulp that goes to the production of toilet paper, told Bloomberg about the emergence of problems with the export of wood pulp (a semi-finished product for making paper).

Main cause of shipping issues are newly printed trillions by US, EU, Japan and China.

OLED: LG 4K OLED TVs show no prices improvements
    • LG announced recommended pricing for its 2021 4K OLED TVs.

LG OLED G1 TVs start at $ 2,199 for the 55-inch model. The 65-inch version is priced at $2999 by the manufacturer, and the 77-inch model is priced at $4449. One of the key features of this TV series is its very thin bezels.

Below in positioning are the C1 series. All LG C1 TVs have four HDMI 2.1 connectors with support for 4K image output at 120Hz refresh rate and offer automatic low latency mode. The company also offers new "game settings" for new products, which will be useful when using game consoles PlayStation 5, as well as Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Among the supported technologies also appear NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync.

The older model LG C1 has an 83-inch panel, which the manufacturer has estimated at $5999, and the younger 48-inch at $1499. Like the G1 series, LG C1 OLED TVs are equipped with the latest AI processor to optimize the picture (shit!).

LG's 2021 younger 4K OLED TVs include the A1. They start at $1299 for the 48-inch version. They lack HDMI 2.1 connectors and are based on an older processor. They also use extremely slow and bad webOS operating system. Pricing and availability of all 2021 4K OLED TVs can be viewed below:

    War: Apple buys Arizona Senators
    • The Arizona State Senate was scheduled to vote an unprecedented and controversial bill on Wednesday that would have imposed far-reaching changes on how Apple and Google operate their respective mobile app stores, specifically by allowing alternative in-app payment systems. But the vote never happened, having been passed over on the schedule without explanation. Every other bill on the schedule was debated and voted on the senate’s live stream, but Arizona HB2005, listed first on the agenda, never came up.

Apple hired a former chief of staff to Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey to broker a deal that prevented the bill from being heard in the Senate and ultimately voted on.

"The bill was killed in mid-air while on the agenda with a backroom deal. Apple has hired the governor’s former chief of staff, and word is that he brokered a deal to prevent this from even being heard,” David Heinemeier Hansson

It is rumored that each of the senators will get nice funds from Apple controlled offshore companies that they could use for their own purposes.

Mordor: Social networks will collect passport data and even scans
    • Roskomnadzor has prepared an order according to which new users of social networks and instant messengers will have to provide their passport number, residence address, phone number and e-mail. The document was posted on the regulation.gov.ru portal on March 23, awaiting discussion from Mordor orks and even dark experts.

According to the document, Internet sites must receive additional consent from users for various purposes of data processing through their own consent collection platform or the Roskomnadzor system.

The project is being prepared within the framework of amendments to the law "On personal data", which partially entered into force in March.

Actually main thing here that it will be almost impossible to register new user without redirecting to special government site (that will serve as registration and login screen).

      Freedom is coming (c).
