Residents of Germany must urgently introduce a regime of total savings in the energy sector, said Vice Chancellor of Germany Robert Habeck

In an interview with the editorial group Funke, he urged Germans to cut their energy consumption by at least 10%. Habek suggested saving on heating in homes or reducing trips by private car.

“Each kilometer not traveled is a contribution to making it easier to get away from energy resources from Russia,” Khabek said.

He also urged the Germans, if possible, to use rail transport, or better, change to a bicycle.

Finally!

Polish authorities intend to destroy 60 monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators in the country in one fell swoop

According to the head of the Institute of National Remembrance Karol Nawrocki, the first will be demolished in the near future in the Greater Poland and Silesian provinces. Dissenting heads of municipalities who do not agree with the decision will be "severely questioned."

People are dumb, as bombs and war will come next. As different capitalists will tip each other to dust.

The American company Monotype, which owns the rights to the Times New Roman and Arial fonts, has closed access to its library for users from Russia, Vedomosti reports, citing a source in one of the Russian IT companies.

It is noted that the Monotype library also includes fonts such as Verdana, Tahoma and Helvetica.

According to Vedomosti, the website of the American company is available in Russia, however, when trying to open a page with a catalog of fonts, the user sees a message that access is denied. "Probably, the owner of the site has set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site," the publication reports on the portal.

None of present managers or owners have anything to do with mentioned fonts, they are just riding copyright shit laws.

A third of Germans believe that they live in a "fictitious democracy". These are the data from a recent survey by the Allensbach Institute.

One of Germany's largest public opinion research institutions, the Allensbach Institute for Demoscopy, has published a representative survey of the population, according to which a third of Germans doubt the German political system.

“The differences between east and west [of Germany] are again striking in this review,” notes Die Welt.

According to the survey, 31% of participants said they live in a "bogus democracy" "in which citizens have nothing to say." At the same time, if in West Germany 28% of respondents think so, then in the East German federal states this opinion is already represented by 45% of respondents.

28% of all Germans believe that the democratic system in Germany should be "fundamentally changed".
