Indie filmmakers, rejoice! It looks like DJI is about to announce a new and improved gimbal. The DJI Ronin-S came out last January and has been a highly functional stabilizer with lots of handy accessories, but many users complained about its weight. However, on a teaser page over at the DJI website, the company is promising some new gear that is "lighter and smarter than ever," most likely a gimbal. There's also a Tweet on DJI's account that possibly offers some quick glimpses of the gadget's blueprints. It looks like we're about to be blessed with a new lightweight Ronin gimbal.
