===== Interframe modes =====

1920 x 1080 50p . mov mode (taken from GH3 demo files).

* Recordings are 50M with a bitrate declaration of 49 152 000.

* i frames are encoded in Intra 4x4 & Intra 8x8. Initial Q=20 then after the first GOP has settled i frames macroblocks fall to within a range of 8 (e.g. between 7 to 15 Q - a range of 8).

* P & B frames are encoded Intra 4x4, Intra 8x8, Part 8x16, Part 16x8 and Part 16x16. P frames Q are on average -4 below the Q of B frames (example from a typical file = P frames mbs are encoded at 11, B frames mbs at Q 15).
